Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Wise
"Rich, roasty, and complex?" Um, yeah, in spades. Goes really well with savory soups and stews.

Meh. I understand it's a grisette/farmhouse Alex, but for all of the things that are allegedly put in this, there's not nearly enough flavor.

Aims for the oaked, buttery end of the Wild Ale spectrum. Pleasantly fizzy, and a clean finish.

Strawberry + Mosaic Hard Seltzer Wise
Much better than I expected. Sweet, but not medicinal; plus, the hops come through a bit on the finish.

Dark sour, with cherries that suck the back of your tongue dry. A hint of dark fruits on the back end as well. Outstanding.
