This is, and forever will be, my all-time favorite beer. Draft blend from the DFH Alehouse (Gaithersburg specifically). This beer is toasted to many things - old friends and new beginnings. Prost.

Ok so there's the 60 (nice), and there's the 90 (very nice) .. and then there's the 75. For us middle of the road, moderate, consensus and compromise types - this is probably not your beer! ☺️ This one's still a strong, meaty, full flavored IPA 👍🍻

A nice balance of malt and hops. I’ve had it dry hopped at DE and that is something special.

Solid beer. If you can’t find it, 50/50 90 minute and 60minute = 75 minute ipa

Sweet earthy maltiness overall with light citrus hoppiness. Balanced and smooth. I can pick out the maple, which grows as it gets warmer. Good stuff.

Never a bad time to enjoy a little Dogfish 75, or even a 60, 120 or 90. They’re all soooo good. Cheers 🍻

This is a 2018 version and I am pleasantly surprised that it survived to be still quite drinkable. Still, hoppy and still that hint of sweetness.
