C.O.T.F.(Let there be quiet edition) - Beer No. 5, honestly never had a terribly high grade on this, regardless of age.

Sweet nose. Bitter forward with a medicinal follow. Like an OP ipa, just too much for its own good. Blows out the pallet. Not horrible, but more intense than my liking.

Sorry, has changed. Can or something else, but not the same. I have memories of much more flavor. Not as piney.

Helped me calm down a bit, not a bad brew. Dog slipped between the gate fence today while banding bull calves, pulled him out in time. Dunno what I’d have done if I saw my dog get caught and crushed between the gate and the angry heifer. Jesus Christ.

6 of 10 Revisit. Less piney then years ago, which is better. Good malt backbone.
