This was great. Super smooth, surprisingly drinkable considering the ABV but half a glass was plenty.

I'd drink it, but not seek it out. Sweet, boozy. I get a fruity note that I can't quite figure out.

very coffee dark nose on this one. first sip is boozy and dark chocolate. its thick and rich but not creamy. little bitter middle but back end is all syrupy but drinkable and not molasses. thin syrupy. it all works. would like a little thicker tho.

Cleaning out some cellared beers. Bottled April 2019, aged almost 5 years. A little sweetness to start, some cocoa as it warms. Very smooth and drinkable given ABV.

Smooth, complex, flavorful. Just outstanding. A drinkable beer at 18% ABV, wow!

If stouts are your thing this is the holy Grail. It's good, I'm just not a dark beer guy, one of the better ones though.
