World Wide Stout prascius

Cleaning out some cellared beers. Bottled April 2019, aged almost 5 years. A little sweetness to start, some cocoa as it warms. Very smooth and drinkable given ABV.

120 Minute IPA (2020) prascius

Pulled one from the cellar. I’m not an IPA guy, but this is a great beer. Little citrus and very smooth for an 18 ABV. It says it can age for decades, we will see.

Wow! From Aug. 2019, poured thick and looked like an apple cider. Not sure how to describe, reminds me of a Barleywine, interesting.

Nice light malty flavor.

Skyshift prascius

At first the cinnamon shows up. Once you drink a bit more you can taste the chamomile and blueberry. Not sure what Butterfly Pea Flower tastes like. Very light and refreshing.

Mas Agave (2020) prascius

This is a 2020 vintage that is a year old. Has held up very well, just like a fresh one.

Raison D'Extra prascius

This one was bottled 12/21/19. Nice fruity aroma and taste. A little hazy/ cloudy. A little bit of a bite but not too bad. Like the bottle says, “Ages Well”.

Backwoods Bastard prascius

Pulled a 3/20/18 bottle from the cellar to try. Now 3 years old still holding up well. Sweet and smooth on the taste buds followed by the taste of Scotch.

Raison D'Extra prascius

Bottled 12/22/18. Taste the raisins and brown sugar. For an ale has a thicker consistency. Has a bit of a bite.

KBS Espresso (2020) prascius

Nice Espresso aroma. Nice body/ consistency. Pretty heavy Espresso aftertaste. Overall a bit too much Espresso for me.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) prascius

Pulled an August 2018 bottle out of my cellar. Awesome copper color. Not much aroma for me, but nice and smooth with a hint of molasses and then bourbon at the end. Seems stronger than 12.7.

Tastes like a margarita that is a bit on the sour side. Nice for a warm summer day. Drinks really smooth and light.
