The head on this beer was between slim and none. And, slim just left home.

A lot of sweetness to this stout that is surprising. Not much coffee and has some burbon taste to it. A delightful surprise and I like it a great deal.

Self cellared since 2013. Woah, the booziness is toned down a ton! Still a little on the syrupy side, almost no carbonation. Very tasty. Smooth

Been in the fridge forever. Too strong to drink an entire bottle, but quite good.

Roasted barley comes thru in this 2019 aged stout. Smooth rich cocoa flavor. Slight boozy bourbon taste. Wonderful.

Aged a couple of years helps mellow it. Boozy with a bread and chocolate undertone.

So, here we are 2 years, 7 months later & I'm drinking my 2019 vintage that's been sitting in the bottom of a dark pantry. It is so better. It is smooth & velvety. We're moving in a month but then excited for grabbing whichever year is available to cellar
