Boozy, malty, dried fruit nuances, strong burn, robust. Chocolate and espresso really come through as it warms

Tart, almost bitter smoky flavor with almost a bourbon shadow to it. Possibly because it's 18%? 9 oz pour was the largest available as a tap. Understandable with this level of alcohol. It's an end of day beer to be sure but good at it.

Now I'm not a giant stout fan, but this tastes pretty good. One time at my grandpas house, we had a dog over, and that dog took a dump in the kitchen. Grandpa calls us over and eats the poop, turns out it was just tootsie rolls. Tastes kinda like that lol

Dark roasty coffee. This would be a perfect winter beer. A little boozy but at 15.5% why not.

2019. Real nice aging. Round finish. Could probably age nicely several more years.
