Some bitter chocolate. Some bitter hops poking through as well. The blistering ABV pulls your attention away, though. You get a peek at the flavors up front before the effect of the alcohol kicks in. Resiny, chocolatey, roasty.

16-9-22, 6yr o. Definitely mellowed. Medium bodied milk chocolate with notes of bright caramel. Want to try again but fresher.

Super complex with the coffee and the chocolate. Very unique on the tongue with a chalky or grainyness that adds to the overall experience!

Vintage 2002. Yes, 21 years aged. Thanks to @Paul K. For the beer! 23% at bottling. Second sip was decadent. Deep aged barleywine. Coats the tongue
