~7-8yr o. Aged incredibly well. Plenty of sweet, jammy blueberry. Still hints of bourbon fire on the finish. Body has thinned. Still good.

~5.5yr o. Earthy, bitter coffee and cream have really come out with age. Still notes of barrel: bitter vanilla and hints of bourbon heat. Fun sharing with my buddies!

18-3-5, 6yr o. Creamy chocolate and medium roast coffee. Spicy. Notes of bitter vanilla and rich molasses. Still got some barrel fire, even after all these years. Good one.

(Bomber) 6yr o. Flavours have mellowed, yet so has the bourbon. Notes of cloyingly sweet caramel and malt. Notes of bitter vanilla and wood character. Falling off, yet still good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Freeman
3yr o. Burnt sugar and bitter coffee. Notes of cloying maple and gooey milk chocolate sauce. Nice dessert brew. Defs one to share, 12oz would be a lot for one person.

15-3, 8yr, 2mo o. Vertical: 16-13. Much more mellow vs. 2016 rn. Muted, Creamy cocoa. Less carbonation and light on barrel notes. Notes of toasted almond coming out. Nice.
