Heavy on the stout, has a creamy after taste, milky taste

4.23 is a stretch - dogfish head bias? Sweet as all get out. Coffee is bitter. Bad combo in this situation. Aftertaste is stringent. It’s a no from me dog.

Not a huge stout fan. This one is pretty sweet in flavor. Has some bitterness, but it’s not overpowering. Happy I tried this, but probably wouldn’t drink this one again.

Tasted like a basic stout but not as good as the Original Gaelic. It tasted a little more bitter? Darker?

Not a fan.The bottle says a ridiculous amount of barley. If that’s the case I don’t like barley much

Very heavy, thick, sweet dark beer (Imperial Stout). 15-20% ABV. Too heavy & thick & sweet … can’t drink much. Essentially a desert beer. After the first few sips, just tooooo much.

The most bozy beer I had to date. Like most Dogfish Head, needs to be aged a year ormore to cool off.

The alcohol doesn’t pop out as much as you’d expect for 18%, but I feel drunk after like 4 sips. Notes of espresso and some seriously burnt barley dominate

Not a beer I would drink for taste but it makes me fuzzy in my brain. Strong alcohol taste. Reminds me of upland's teddy bear kisses

Kinda not liking this to much. Slight metallic taste. But it could be that the beer was made almost 2 years ago, so that might be the reason.

I'd drink it, but not seek it out. Sweet, boozy. I get a fruity note that I can't quite figure out.
