Dogfish and Rodenbach collab to knock this dark purple sour out of the park. 2-year foeder sour with elderberry, elderflower, and fleur de sel. As vibrant as it is pretentious. Delicious.

Floraal en vlier geur, zuurtje tart en zeer rijk aan smaken hout en friutig bosvruchten met vlierbloesem wat het mooi en complex maakt.

Aroma is very floral and somewhat salty. Perfume even. Flavour seems very reminiscent of other Rodenbach beers. Opens with a sourness that develops into berries, wood, and finishes with a buttery residual (not major).

Kind of weird, but it’s not bad. The elderflower does come out.

Samenwerking tussen Rodenbach en dog fish op 2 jaar oud vaten. Toch liever een Rodenbach. Schuim snel weg.

Ruby red beer, two finger pinkish head. Slightly tart, fruity with some elderflower in th e finish. Decent.

Maybe a little passed its prime. Not rear tart and not alot of berry. Drinkable but was hoping for more from this collab.

Ljusröd suröl. Frisk doft av våt disktrasa, med hint av hallon. Mycket syrlig blommig smak, med tydlig ton av fläder. Lätt kolsyrad. Fruktig eftersmak.
