Hmmm...it's tasteless. Either I have COVID or there's something wrong with it. But it's Dogfish Head so it's an automatic +2, and +0.50 for having alcohol in it.

No nose. Comes on thin and light, blood orange dominate and lemon rind fades to stale white grape juice. Nice dry finish that grows as it sits. It’s a little light in flavor, but overall accurate to watery mimosa vibe. Light body, med carb, low acidity.

Sour-ish (?) but an interesting taste. Can’t say she floats my boat.

Didn't realize this was a sour until I tasted it. Taste is ok, but it was flat.
