This was a lot smoother than I expected. So good. Funkiness and tart is there but you don’t get bombarded.

Nice beer but I may have aged it too long. I’m not really getting much peppercorn or gin. They’re there but you really need to search for them. It’s my ideal sour, which is to say it’s more of a wild ale or farmhouse saison. There’s lemon, leather, wood

One of the smoothest beers I’ve ever had. It’s like a sour with minimal burn for an 8.7%. That hint of gin is fantastic
