No hops or bitterness left after 16 years. Sweet and syrupy. Not bad, but not my preferred profile. Interesting to see how it’s evolved over so many years in the bottle.

Not carbonated. Definitely past its prime. Sweetness is gone. Not boozy. Just kind of dead.

Rich Sweet Port tons of cherry on the front lingering sweetness and oak on the finish. Having drank these from fresh to now 14 years old it is amazing how much they change when this was brewed I lived in Seattle still. Merry Christmas

Bought this from the Dogfish Head store in Rehoboth. Was too fascinated to pass it up. Definitely past it’s prime for aging. Thick and rich, boozy as hell. I wish I had a fresh bottle to compare it to right now.

Great for sipping. Full bodied & sweet. Even after 14 years in the cellar, it's still one of my favorites.
