Back of fridge find. A year old but still complex. A little sweeter and less spicy than I remember but that’s probably due to aging and maturity. Still delicious.

Malt bomb of a cream ale. Glad I had it, but I would like to see DFH bring back some of their more interesting older beers.

Some dry herbal notes. Ginger sweetness. Dogfish spiced beer experiment continues.

All the spices remind me of a gruit but a definite cream ale note throughout.

Know how in Mario 3 at a bonus level, you could get a powerup if you stopped the slot machine and it lined up right, but you always wondered what a mixed up powerup would look like? This. Imperial. Cream. Spice beer. It's a spice cream sammich POWER UP!

I’ll give it kudos for some of the flavors and it’s inventiveness. Those same kudos are it’s downfall. Too much going on and it comes across as too medicinal tasting. Something in there turns me off. Not sure what flavor it is. That said, I did drink four

Spices come through in nose and taste, especially turmeric. Smooth, creamy, and a bit malty.

Very foamy! Super interesting flavor! I’m not sure how I feel about it. It almost has an olive flavor 🤷♀️
