Sweet tangy nose, head dissipated quick. Thin, tangy bourbon body, mild pit fruit finish.

Found this in my aging section and it was surprisingly still good. However, I don't think this was a beer that benefited from aging. Lesson learned.

This one have been in the cellar a while. Not bad still a good bit of carbonation.

Aged OK. RIS soured a little but it’s carried by the grapes an oak aging.

Magical, the wine really comes through on the finish. 3 years has done this well.
