Definitely nailed french toast, but like a lot of big breakfast beers there's a definite limit to how much I could drink in a sitting.

Mixed feelings on where they've been taking kbs. Maybe a little too hot to develop the flavors.

This one is growing on me. Initially I was hoping for more, but on reflection it's reasonably drinkable and complex for the segment it's going for

As always, ages nicely. Has gotten pretty opaque, and mellows out after a year.

Another couple of years. The fruit has pulled back and the sweetness has returned as candy. Nose is still good but some astringency on the finish. Not sure it has another 2 years in it, but nice now.

After a few years it's very different. Distinctly sour, dried fruit rather than sweet/jammy. Would love to be able to directly compare old and new.
