It's a dark beer kind of day in Bahston. Not overbearing with any particular flavor, but just elegant, like Dove chocolate.

Real good, did not expect the grape/wine bit to compliment but it did for sure

Not a fan of the grape note. But a strong stout is hard to deny.

Super tasty but I really hoped for better from a $5 bottle from the big store

Dark and boozy, with a nice hint of raisins. Enjoyable beer.

Rich, creamy, and smooth from the oak aging. Hints of chocolate and a touch of sweetness on the finish. At 10% I think Ray B. is trying to get me drunk!

Really silly-easy drinking, a champagne like fizz on the nose. Not a ton of character in flavor mostly focused on texture. They could have left this in oak longer but the ABV would probably knock you over.

Oct 2017, drank Feb 2020. Stored cool room temp. Significantly soured. Eventually poured. I wasn't a big fan when fresh but it was unique.

Interesting, too much working against each other. Oaky, sweet, boozy, fruity, smokey. Enough said.

A tad thin for an RIS. Roasty with a faint hint of grape.

It is definitely a stout but is very thin. Coffee, and a little bit of chocolate.

Interesting grape. 10 abv is smoothed as flat as the midwest.

Chocolate wine. Pretty good. No detectable oak notes (woot!) and nice little pop of flavor up front. Stone fruit and chocolate

Today's my Sunday. It's back to the shit show tomorrow. Wonder what I should be expecting.

From 1/10. Feel like I enjoyed this much more previously. Seemed rather harsh this time around. The stout up front & the grape on the end didn't seem to flow or complement each other.

Oh my goodness. Criminally underrated. Shoutout gabe and the gang over at home grizzown for the taste. Happy dollar brew day!

Crisp and smooth. Deep, sweet roastiness. Coffee and dark chocolate flavors with the faintest notes of grape. Excellent brew to close out 2020.

Tastes of coffee and chocolate with dark fruits and a bit of oakiness.

3 years cellared. Somehow didn't have this one checked in the last few years. Sweet and a little syrupy with heavy grape/wine notes. Not as good as it was fresher.

Been a long time since I have had and not sure why.....love it.

Reminiscent of a port wine with a chocolate/coffee forward. Pretty decent.

Me la tomé después de la Qoris, y qué sabor tiene! Mezcla de café con un toque dulzón por las uvas y el estar macerado en roble.
