Similar to Goose Island Bourbon barrel, but boozier and not quite as sweet. A must try!

It’s been 1 year since last post on this beer; it’s drinking great! Still boozy hot, but not as hot. The chocolate and char meld more seamlessly with the boozy linger. Same score and yet I like even more! I have 1 more bottle for next year! Cheers!

Cellared for about a year. My palette might be off because of all the hottie sauce I just consumed.

Pretty strong but pretty good. Went well with my Mexican Hot Chocolate Boozy Cupcakes.

A great flavor, but holy @#$% the kick. I didn't notice the ABV when I bought it, a few sips in I had to check. Worth trying if you like a bourbon barrel aged stout for sure, just prepare for a boozy flavor!

Really good stout. Caramel and a prevailing dark chocolate note. Smooth

So this tastes like a less string version of Utopia but much more toasty and less sweet. I get.lots of coffee with some prunes and touch of bitterness on the end. Utopia is thin but would have thought the stout BA would have made this thicker.

Super rich and boozy. Notes of coffee, vanilla and oak. 2019 bottle.
