Sweet chocolatey malty and a hint of marshmallow but no graham cracker that I could detect. Pairs surprisingly well with red beans and rice for Mardi Gras.

sweet marshmallow open. Fades quickly to a nice mellow roast. Easy drinking.

A little sweet but not overly sweet. Lots of stuff in the brew (graham crackers, cinnamon, marshmallows, cocoa powder and vanilla) but better than expected!

Cinnamon and campfire aroma, creamy head, s’mores taste with a hint of vanilla, thin mouthfeel, and toasted marshmallow in the finish.
