Not a bad milk stout, but the added flavors didn't really come through for me.

Itâs hard to amplify a campfire when there isnât one to begin with. Just tastes like a smoky stout. Not even a subtle hint of any ingredient found in a sâmore. My first DogFish disappointment.

Below average stout from a brewery that shouldnât have stout issues, this is Sâmore beer failure for a brewery that has the resources that Dogfish has.

Thumbs down. Talks a big game, but just delivers a very basic milk stout. Almost flavorless. Should be called campfire smoldering...

Not getting any of the notes that were promised on the bottle - rather sad about it been looking for a stout similar to Pollyannas Toasted Marshmallow and have been unsuccessful.

I think this may be unfair, it was really old sitting on the shelf at work so I bought it. Had a metallic taste, maybe from the cap.

What a let down, had all good experience with DFH so I had high hopes. Got nothing but a faint smoky flavor... no vanilla, no mallow, no grahm cracker not even cocoa (which is the easiest to achieve đ¤ˇââď¸). ... tasted like a dirty ash tray

It alright. Thin and sweet. Not my favorite for stouts, but it's still stouty so yay.

Smells of cinnamon, chocolate and toasted marshmallow. Taste confirms the nose. Honestly, not living up to my expectations. The flavors are there, but seem muted and overpowered by bitterness.

Not one to ever pour a beer drain the drain, especially a Smores beer but this was awful. Aroma had all the right quality but the taste was bitter, sour and overall awful. Tried letting it warm up, took several sips but ewww...
