It’s a good milk stout with some sweetness and touch of cinnamon.

There’s and almost sour bitterness up front, with a bet of smooth sweetness in the middle, with a bitter coffee tail. The up-front throws me, the middle feels like it’s missing something.

Aged 2 years in my refrigerator and with my updated craft beer palette, this is a good sour.

[3.95] Adjuncts are pretty nice…perhaps more to be desired but good foundation. Lightly sprinkled cinnamon and faint milk chocolate; good graham cracker supporting fairly strong marshmallow. Dark chocolate and coffee on the stout
