Sweet chocolatey malty and a hint of marshmallow but no graham cracker that I could detect. Pairs surprisingly well with red beans and rice for Mardi Gras.

Well I kinda figured St. Peter’s Cinderella story would end today, but I didn’t expect a blow out. Not how I think any of us wanted to see them go out. Bummer. Anyway, decent beer. Thin as fuck. Chocolate and graham cracker are there, not much else

Sweet, but surprisingly bitterness and a tinge of sour, chocolate and coffee comes through, Graham cracker just a bit at the end.

I’ll echo a few other posts, a little thin, was expecting a more robust or definitive flavor.
