Oh my… Look what DFH “found” sitting in the back of the beer cooler - On tap this evening @ the brewery. A 9,000 year old recipe that’s rested for 9 years has wonderfully blended & ‘complexified’ the honey, barley, grape must & fruit it was brewed with!

Wine-ish apple nose, muddy orange amber, malty and slightly fruity sweet flavor, apple and apricot with a slight cinnamon spice

Bottle from Nov 2015. Tastes like bread or yeast with maple syrup. Not bad.

Fruity nose, barleywine type of taste but mellower. High ABV content hidden. Nice slow sipper. Bottled on 01.12.2015. Thank you Darth M.
