This is different. My tastebuds are slightly confused. In a good way. Sweeter than I expected.

The booziness makes it worse. Still pretty good but not up with the standard 120.

Doesn’t taste anything like 120 just straight bourbon barrel. Basically taste like most barely wines

Booozy! Which also makes it a bit sweet, but that’s OK.  It will be interesting to see if this improves as it airs a bit and warms.

Excellent variant of this brew! Utopias Barrel character and aging come through in an extremely palatable way.

Heavy duty beer. High alcohol (15-20%) and fairly sweet.

Cloudy copper pour. Drinks sweet throughout with a hint of smoke. Finishes with a nice alcohol burn.

Tastes more barley wine then IPA— Victoria got me and deserves recognition. Phenomenal beer; a real kick in the knackers.

Bottle from the Packie. Brilliantly clear deep copper with a bubbly off white head that persists. Rich fruity port notes with a sweet sticky bready caramel maltiness. Clear alcohol notes on the nose but not as evident in the flavor. Great sipper, but I'm

Sweeter tasting, not as bitter as expected. Definitely gives a good chest warmth

Way more boozy than I thought. Much stronger than reg 120 no mellowing it out. Mine was warmed up some before drinking so prob why. Still fantastic!

Easily one of my favorites. Taste a lot more like a barrel aged barley wine.

I dog it. It's a little rummy, but starts out porter-like, followed by sherry, bourbon, raisins, dates and a soft hop finish.
