I dog it. It's a little rummy, but starts out porter-like, followed by sherry, bourbon, raisins, dates and a soft hop finish.

Citrus Squall e

Delicious. Earliernthis evening. Not the usual mineral finiah, grapefruit makes it shamdy-like, but stronger.

French Toast Bastard e

Fridat. Very maple heavy. I much prefer the regular BB.

Porter e

KBS Hazelnut (2022) e

I like the base beer, but the hazelnut nose is a little cloying for me. I think the extract makes the coffee a little more astringent.

Campfire Amplifier e

Oats, umami and chocolate on the nose. Palate is similar, but thinner, with more roast dark grain, coffee and dates raisin.

Sun-Day-Feels (2020) e

Like a lime gose without salt and very little wheat. Better with fruit juice and salt added

Panther Cub (2021) e

Nose: milk chocolate, a little soy and dark roast, and whiskey.. Palate less sweet thank the nose promises, but we'll balanced with an ashy roasty finish.

Mas Agave (2020) e

Key lime nose. Surprisingly refreshing for the ABV. Almost too sweet, but does have salt and tartness.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) e

Super coffee, fudge nose. Palate is a heavy on coffee, mild extracty fudge and dry dark grain. A little astringent.
