Very sweet boozy raisin and caramel. One of the best for sure. I can’t imagine how amazing it’ll taste aged as well. World class stuff quite a treat.

Excellent variant of this brew! Utopias Barrel character and aging come through in an extremely palatable way.

Outstanding. Big hoppiness with bourbon and oak notes from the barrel. Wish I just ordered this instead of the flight.

The Uptopias barrel aging gives it a nice flavor. Still boozy as ****.

Holy F#%^ Smokes. 120 is a beer unto itself, but then they decided to turn it to 11. It’s a sipper.

I don’t even know what to rate something like this these days. I’ve tried Utopias once from a Tupperware container…I’ve had 120 a plethora of times. Nose is mildly hoppy. Back end reminds me of bourbon. Which Utopias basically is bourbon. Happy to try it.

Surprisingly mellow for the ABV. Has a strong hop character that counters the sweetness. Finishes with some cognac.
