5.1% farmhouse IPA...starts with hazy IPA brewed w/Pils malt, wheat, and naked oats, DH’d w/Pacific NW Sabro, then blended w/wild ale aged in French oak for 3 years, adding wood character, complexity, and touch of tartness. Great nose. Fun beer!

Interesting beer. Has notes of white wine (crispness and lemon) from the French wild ale.
