Sultan of the Aviary

Sour - Other

Inspired by the Jungle Bird cocktail invented at the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpur, the Sultan of the Aviary is a refreshing sour ale that is exotic and fresh. The Jungle Bird cocktal is mixed from a blend of dark rum, pineapple juice, lime, simple syrup and Campari. We’ve crafted this approachable sour ale from real pineapple, demerara sugar and a laundry list of botanicals to evoke a tropical wave of tiki-inspired sensations.

Stay with me here: you’re walking by a fancy apothecary and it smells sweet and sugary. Should I go inside? I don’t need to buy anything. Inside is minimalist and chic, and you “shelf-shop” for a few minutes. Yeah... tastes like that

Another fruity beer in my wheelhouse. The floral scents make it different and appealing.

It could do without the hibiscus. Tasted better as a test than a pint. Better with food.
