A Collab between Dogfish Head and Burnish Beer Co from Salisbury, MD. A clean brew with a strong pear taste. Mixed in with cinammon and ginger, this rice lager makes a great drink on a cool fall afternoon.

Malty taste. So malty. This is a good blend for 120. Definitely got great Rye Whiskey notes. Bottled in 2019.

This 120 is double-barrelled in Utopias and Rye Whiskey Barrels. I can taste the sweet port notes from the Utopias. Well paired with salty, smoked mixed nuts. This was a great brew that didn't need aging, but one would wonder....

I think it's hard for lagers to be unique, but this one stood out to me. It had a crisp smoothness of lager, but a nice mix of zest and ginger to it. Paired amazing with spiced Chicharrons.
