Spirit Fingers

Lager - Japanese Rice

Spirit Fingers is a Japanese-style lager brewed from light Pilsner malt and rice for a crisp dry refresher flavored with traditional Japanese culinary ingredients. Dried persimmon lends complex tropical fruit and cinnamon notes paired with spicy, sweet crystalized ginger and a citrussy orange peel snap.

Head fades a bit too quick, nose of a standard rice lager plus a touch of golden malt, palate is super light and crisp, the fruit and other stuff adds a fruity semi sweetness but it finishes dry, good with Asian food

Kids first time legally driving! Cheers! I don’t love the spices in here, but it’s an interesting beer. 5% Japanese style logger brewed with rice persimmon ginger and Orange peel

I think it's hard for lagers to be unique, but this one stood out to me. It had a crisp smoothness of lager, but a nice mix of zest and ginger to it. Paired amazing with spiced Chicharrons.

My favorite from the flight and one I would have overlooked if the bartender didn’t recommend it. A rice lager that totally slaps! Crisp, clean and crushable; with subtle herbal, spice, orange, and tea notes. I didn’t snooze and copped a pint & 4-pack.
