When three co-workers bring up the same idea, it's just got to happen! Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders, with co-workers Leah and Paul, came together to imagine and create this malty, warming cask-only delight...all it took was some passing conversations, a flurry of emails, a bunch of high fives and a strong drive. Clocking in at 8.5% ABV, Together Wee Heavy was brewed to 21° Plato from Maris Otter malt, British Dark Crystal malt and roasted barley to build layers of dried fruit and cocoa, and add a whiff of smoke interlaced with ale fruit and brown sugar. It's pouring at both our Rehoboth brewpub and Milton Tasting Room, and we recommend trying it at both places...because Leah and Paul prepared special-flavored casks for each location.
