Oak-aged Black & Blue

Wheat Beer - Fruited

Our brash and boisterous Belgianstyle ale brewed with blackberries & blueberries to bring the beautiful bouquet of a Burgundian Beaujolais, then borne into foeders, blooming bit by bit into a blissful blend of berries and beneficent breaths of oak. Bravo!

Fruity, oaky, strong. Great blend of beer, mead, wine, and all the old styles mixed with booze

Your smooth, bold, jammy black and blue. But more bold and oaky. This was a beautiful match!

Clear blue-red nightmare purple. Noses juicy blueberry, blackberry, subdued by vanilla oak barrels. Tastes preserves. Real fruit. Sugars. Tartness abounds but the boozy burn evens the sweetness with acidity. Wine adjacent. Barrel punchiness. Unique.
