Still a great version. I can’t wait for the Taco Mac trip to Dogfish Head (hopefully this fall!) for those of us with 7000+ credits to get a personal brewery tour and private tasting by Sam Calagione...going to be an epic trip!

Imperial IPAs often have such a sweetness (because of the higher ABV) that really balances out the hop bitterness. Floral notes in the nose and a lovely copper color.

Citrus and creamy malt with spicy pine. Another old school ipa that seems to have benefited from a dialed in recipe. I just love diversity in my beer drinking! 🍻

This is a terrific Imperial IPA. Just enough of a malty backbone to stand up to the hops. Very nice!
