Aequatorial Aether

Sour - Fruited

Aequatorial Aether was inspired by the indigenous Central American fermented pineapple beverage Tepache. Brewed with a combination of malted wheat and oats, we added the traditional pineapple, panela sugar and just a touch of cinnamon. Then to add a bit off-centered flavor to this equatorial journey, we folded in pureed ginger, sea salt and a touch of monkfruit. The result is a juicy, tart and wonderfully refreshing glass of tropical goodness with just 100 calories.

Very soft with a light pineapple flavor. Easy going down and would be amazing on the beach or in the backyard summer bbq. Didn't need to bribe me with a free glass but I'll take it! Cheers Dogfish head!
