A Load of Cobblers

Sour - Fruited

A Load of Cobblers is one comfy refresher. We piled oodles of blackberries and raspberries on a base of pils malt, wheat, naked oats, lactose and honey malt. Then we brought in warming cinnamon sticks and sweet vanilla. It has the tart, sweet fruit flavor of a berry medley with the enticing aroma of baked crumble. Can you drink your cobbler? You bet!

I got the pie crust and cinnamon more than the berries. Some of their other cobbler beers have been better.

If I hadn’t had so much grist I think I’d really enjoy this more— lacking some of the thickness and mouthfeel. Flavor good tho

Now that's a sweet and decadant and fruity sour. But not TOO sweet, it is still a sour.

Quite unique flavor, definitely worth a try as a unique beer! I can see why they called it Cobbler; the cobbler taste comes out quite unique and clear!
