I deleted the other one, as this variant was more accurate. Happy birthday, Dad!

This year's 120 is about 3% less ABV than the typical 18% range. It still has its warmth but not as harsh. I think that fact alone has allowed the beers true flavor to come through more. I get strong honey notes followed by floral and orange citrus.

Definitely a favorite! Can't go wrong with a 120 minute IPA! Last had two years ago. Missed the 2019 batch. Bottled on 06/29/20 π»

hops up front when fresh and moreso when cold, but not presented badly. Mellows with warmth and age, which is why some are going in the corner.

This is to IPA what espresso is to coffee. As always, incredible!

Label says 16%, definitely not as aged as my 2018 which Iβm drinking as well, not quite as boozy but still a good toned down barley wine taste! Still boozy but by 2022 should be another great version π»π

For my 2500th unique beer how could I pick anything less. I would like to thank Jake Ken and Matt for all their help getting here.

Interesting... It's not giving me that familiar face-numbing feeling that I've gotten before. Relating it to music, it has a much darker tone than before as well. Either it's a funny batch, a different recipe, or I've grown accustomed to my numb face...

Stars lose so Iβm drinking extra heavy lol. This yearβs DFH 120 is a unique variant that hits with a boozy, barrel aged sweetness and a very mild hop on the front but a strong piney bitterness on the back end.

A+ One of the few things saving 2020 from being a complete train-on-fire-going-off-a-cliff.

Had to pick some of this up when in Knoxville last Saturday. As good as I remember it being.

This yearsβ has a bit of orange zest flavor, I think Iβll pick a few more up for aging. Still the high quality we expect from DFH!

Maybe itβs because the Dodgers just won the World Series, but this beer is beautiful. Hoppy to the max but still really smooth. Wonderful

The first whiff after opening the bottle was very boozy. But that settled quickly. Lots of citrus and malt aroma. Very sweet and fruity. Nice bitter finish. Very rich, one and done beer. But I will seek this out. One of the best I've ever had.

I could rate lower, but I donβt get off being critical. Seriously, this is a classic gem π₯π₯π₯

Not as strong as previous years but still one of the best.
