Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022) Taylor

Definitely unique. Huge coffee aroma upon opening. Flavor is cinnamon forward with very subtle maple syrup notes. The cinnamon flavor almost makes you think it's a Mexican mole style stout minus the peppers and vanilla. Unique but good, typical Dogfish.

French Toast Bastard Taylor

I gotta admit, it's probably the best French toast beer I've had. Really well balanced between the vanilla, maple, and cinnamon. Plus it's not overly sweet. What's even more surprising is that it's a BBA beer with a high 11.1% abv, but you'd never know it

Punkin Ale (2023) Taylor

Pumpkin aroma. Flavor is cinnamon and spice profile up front with pumpkin notes on the back end.

120 Minute Ipa (2022) Taylor

This year's version I get a lot of honey and apricot and I love it!

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Taylor

Molasses and raisin forward with subtle fig notes. Warmth and the high ABV hidden extremely well.

120 Minute IPA (2020) Taylor

This year's 120 is about 3% less ABV than the typical 18% range. It still has its warmth but not as harsh. I think that fact alone has allowed the beers true flavor to come through more. I get strong honey notes followed by floral and orange citrus.
