This takes me back to Bavaria. Good carbonation and balance. A great go to that is buy as for the regular rotation in my beer fridge if I has the option. Get it.

Nice lacing. Traditional German pills style. Light golden. Subtle flavor, but well done.

Can definitely tell that the wheat malt helps sequester more carbon in the soil 😝 very clean beer,in more ways than one I suppose

4.8% pilsner brewed with regeneratively grown organic Kernza, a perennial wheat grass hybrid. Fermented with a clean lager yeast from an old German monastery for a crisp, clean finish. Best Pilsner ever brewed here?
