Really enjoyed this, too. Complexity that I’m assuming is from the Utopias. Very similar to a high end cocktail.

Dark caramel color. Malty bourbon taste with slight smoke. Like Utopia's younger lighter cousin.

Wheewwweee, that's the closest to Utopias there is. Strong pitted fruit, heavy wood, extremely boozy. The aftertaste has bonus maple and vanilla. Much oakier than last year, seems like a common theme on all barrel aged beer.

Pours a dark chestnut with little to no head. Sweet malt and stone fruit on the nose. Very sweet caramel with a bit of boozy heat and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish.

Last bottle. Aged about 2 years I suppose. Smooth. Carmel, chocolate, bourbon. Nice nice very nice….

From last night. Found this bottle hiding in the back. Totally forgot about it. DFH did a superb job with the barreling. The bourbon was very evident yet wasn't boozy. Tasteful notes of cocoa, dark fruit, and caramel. Only negative was the thin body.

Anyone who doesnt give this at least a 4-you know their wife carries their balls in her purse. How can you not respect this? Juicy rocket fuel. And steak 4 was staight ny strip crusted soy. Better than it sounds gents👍
