Looked thin during the pour but definitely enough body on this. A whole lot of barrel, booze, chocolate and alight currant or berry flavors.

Very heavy and complex. Lots of roasty notes, lots of dark fruit, lots of chocolate. Delicious.

You gotta really take your time and let this open up. Once it does, the flavor is off the charts. Body is medium at best, but that’s okay.

Phenomenal! What a bouquet of tastes. Some fruit, chocolate, malt and that great little booze burn in the finish. I’ve been drinking some great brews lately but nothing tops this. It’s the sipper of all sippers

Kinda hot… gotta be tough to blend beers this high in ETOH and create a very drinkable (not crushable) beer

Bourbon,molasses & cherry nose. Smooth with cherries & a plum note. Woody oak tannins with boozy bourbon. Roasted barley with a vanilla & light molasses . Undertones of dark chocolate with a leather & sweet finish

Special beer with a load of flavors, none of them unpleasant. I am immediately thinking of how it will change with aging. This beer, at 17%, has no harsh solventy notes. Smooth and delicious.
