Happy I finally got to try this one. Too hot and boozy when cold. Opens up a bit as it warms with some smokiness and dark fruit/port-like sweetness. Still v hot. Sipped on this all night.

Why yes sir I wold believe you if you told me this beer was over 17%. Boozy, silky, and delicious; this stout gives your a sloppy kiss straight from the barrel. Big fan!! Can’t wait to see what some age does to this!

Very strong. Malty. A bit of dark fruit. Some chocolate. Good in small doses.

Big, bold and boozy. Vanilla, molasses and a milk chocolate finish. Bitter chocolate carries through with a soft boozy cut. Definitely a slow supper, and is worth being appreciated!

This is going to be a long winded checkin. First off, Utopia is one amazing beer. I've only had once and I wish I could have shared with all my Frens. This beer in my opinion is using the Utopia name in order to cash in on this beer. This beer does not

It's not my favorite but it is very good considering how much alcohol it has in it. One of the better tasting barrel aged beers I've had.

Wow. Definitely get your moneys worth with this one. Get the subtle notes of utopias, but overall espresso, cocoa, sherry and vanilla balanced

Definitely a boozy scent, but still not what I'd expect for 17%. Familiar notes of brandy and some cherries, but thankfully not overpowering. Almost tough to get down with the booziness, but the cherries are missing in lieu of raisins, oak, and sherry.

Wow this beer is insane. Little bit sour on the nose but smooth and chocolatey throughout

Great friend just introduced me to this 17.3 % black Stout! Beer always tastes better in Fort Meyers, FLA!!!

It’s somewhere between a glass of bourbon, stout, and pennzoil.

Late posting: a little treat after a good show with HTW on Saturday! The malt covered up the fact it was 17.3% well. Definitely a slow slipping beer. But glad I was finally able to find one!
