A rare miss from DFH. They make some of my all-time favorite IPAs, but I didn't care for this one all that much. I can't really put my finger on why, it's just like nothing stands out at all about it.

Thought this was cool - got some funkiness from the wild ale with a malty backbone and a unique hop profile

Not sure I'm a fan of the oak barrel mix, but it wasn't too overpowering.

SOLID 🤣 (inside joke)..and a little sour from that wild ale

My last BJCP-judged beer before I judge on Friday. This was very muted, and the hops have that artificial, chalky Amarillo taste, but it was good.

Least favorite expensive beer. Feel like it’s an experimental beer. Experimental = Expensive? And what does “Brett” mean?

Wild ale aged in oak barrels with unusual hop varieties leads to a hoppy, earthy, dank brew that is smooth and strong. One and done for me.
