Loved the book as a kid. The beer as an adult though, not so much. Nothing distinct about this one to make it stand out. 6.5% ABV. 🍺

Peach, semi dry, leather, Brett but mild, lemon, floral, nice balance of hops and wild ale

A lot going on with this one but not overwhelming. Very nice

Wild hops. This is smooth Ipa. Very easy to drink.

Really fresh hops. Mildly peachy and a little hoppy grassy but in the best way possible. WHY IS ONE OF THE SUGGESTED FLAVOR PROFILES BRETT?!?! Wild fermentation does not equal brett!

Good. Bright and juicy, though not overly so. Hops aren’t particularly strong, with just mild bitterness. Just a little pine. Light hints of oaky funk and tartness - could definitely use more. A tiny bit sweet.

Fairly, tame IPA. Not bitter. Slight oak from barrel aging.

The best things about traveling to breweries is the freshness of the beer. It's a West Coast IPA flavor and a slight wild ale aftertaste. You can smell the West Coast profile before you taste it.
