Phantasmic

IPA - Imperial / Double

Phantasmic was brewed with pilsner malt and malted spelt plus Phantasm, a wine grape-derived compound that interacts with yeast to boost tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava. Then we layered in a large dryhop of Galaxy, Citra and Nelson Sauvin to bring in juicy notes of tangerine, peach and lychee.
