Continual Shelter

Pale Ale - American

Our OG pale ale, Shelter, gets a continual hopping treatment in this alternate take on the classic. We started with a simple malt bill of crackery pils malt and a touch of dark crystal malt for just a hint of toffee then hopped continuallly during the boil with Warrior, Cascade, and Palisade. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo and Palisade hops for a refreshing blend of floral and citrus flavors.

It’s not bad, but there’s something in there that’s not my fave.

Refreshing and light but a little too sharp on the front end.

A surprisingly fruity and light IPA. Not as bitter as I expected. If I were to order an IPA it would be this. Light carbonation.
