This one's not doing it for me. With my eyes closed I could almost mistake this for a session. It finishes a little more like a classic cask aged, but it's just not my favorite.

I aged this one for 2 years in my basement and It made it sweeter and deeper and more complex. Side note: I'm checking in this beer from last night, not having a beer at 9:00 in the morning.

Oops, I accidentally opened this beer I found on my porch. It's a little early, but I've been on Zurich calls for hours and it's already mid-afternoon there....sooooooo....🍺
