Fresh and bittersweet with a first sip that reminded me of shellfish or an ocean waterfront. Sharp citric influence, lemony tartness, and fast drying finish. Nicely done.

Meh. It's a pils. My own fault. I thought it was a whole pack of IPAs, given that it was billed as 'continually hopped'.

Mixing Mexican food with an Italian Pilsner. Should have thought that out better. Beer is mediocre at best.

I applaud Dogfish for getting into the sexy bottom ferm game but it's just a very ok pils. Inoffensive, quaffable, potable.
