It's light and crispy. I know it's a pilsner but I figured being Dogfish Head, it would have a more prominent hop character. A good one for pounding after mowing the lawn for sure.

First beer of 2023! Starting the year off with the new Dogfish Head Variety Pack. I had this beer back in November, when it was being tested in the Tasting Room. Watching football with Chris and his friends.

Loads of bite up front but nestles into corn, straw and honey sweetness without ever being not hoppy. Really good for pizza.

Took the idea behind the 60 Minute IPA and created an off-centered Italian pilsner that’s been continually hopped for 60 minutes. Brewed with the finest flint corn polenta, Golden with a malty sweetness, and a crisp finish.
