10 years old and holding up really well. Such an interesting story behind this beer. Never ceases to amaze me how DFH approaches beer as an art form.

I hope this also becomes a regular in the rotation. Excellent little pils.

Always love a new WWS variant and this is no exception. Really really tasty stuff and crazy smooth at the ABV.

This has held up shockingly well for a lowly red cap. I think I like it better now than I did fresh.

2020 vs. 2013 and the 13 held up surprisingly well. Slightly oxidized but still almost as flavorful as the 20. 20 drinks a little fuller and spicier. Still a great beer and miss it in distro.

No better beer to celebrate the 120th day of the year. 5 years old and drinking just excellent. Dangerously smooth at the ABV.

Doesn’t live up to it’s predecessor. They’ve definitely changed something. A little more of a smoky flavor to it and the raspberry is a touch artificial. So sad.

Mother of God. This is ridiculous. Super thick and fudgy with a hint of maple sweetness. Not much barrel, bust shockingly no booziness either for not really having any age on it. I’ll be getting more.

3.8 overall average on this is insane. This is one of the best new beers DFH has put out in recent memory. Love the spices. Drinks almost a little like a horchata. Creamy, vanilla, cinnamon. Nicely spiced. Fantastic beer.

Time has been kiiiiiind to this old gal. Really smoothed out the booziness at almost 5 years old. Drinks very much like a dry(ish) white wine.
